A 200-metre stretch of NICE Road, where ongoing work is creating a nearly 2-km-long traffic jam, is resulting in motorists questioning why they have to pay tolls and get stuck in traffic.
NICE officials had claimed that the traffic is managed well, and said the work is related to road elevation work undertaken to make the road safer for vehicles.
