Many of Chelsea's key acquisitions in recent months have come from either RB Leipzig or Brighton, and it seems highly unlikely Todd Boehly is done poaching talent from either club just yet.
On Wednesday the Blues announced the arrival of Christopher Vivell, formerly of Leipzig, as the club's new technical director, while Christopher Nkunku's transfer to Chelsea for the 2023/24 season has been 'confirmed'. Josko Gvardiol remains at the German club but could be the next target on Boehly's list to bring to west London from Germany.
Meanwhile, Marc Cucurella joined Chelsea from the Seagulls in the summer before Graham Potter was announced as the new Chelsea boss following the departure of Thomas Tuchel. Away from the pitch, the Blues have also seen Kyle Macaulay arrive in a recruitment role and Paul Winstanley named as director of global talent and transfers after moving from the South coast.

Following Cucurella's £65million switch, Chelsea have also identified Leandro Trossard and Moises Caicedo as another two Brighton players they are interested in signing.
Alexis Mac Allister may have now also been added to that list following his World Cup displays with Argentina, especially with Chelsea's need for a midfield overhaul with the contracts on N'Golo Kante and Jorginho up in the summer.
Brighton CEO Paul Barber gave an update on Mac Allister revealing to talkSPORT that the club "were working on a new contract for Alexis in the build-up to the World Cup".
However, Chelsea could be tempted to include him in another transfer raid of Brighton and following an admission from Seagulls boss Roberto De Zerbi, Chelsea may have been told how they can sign the trio.
"Moises Caicedo, [Alexis] Mac Allister, [Leandro] Trossard are playing very, very well now," De Zerbi said, as quoted by The Argus.
"But we are ready to find other players. Maybe not in January, maybe not in the next summer but in the future, Mac Allister, Moises, Trossard, [Kaoru] Mitoma, I think they are able to change level. Play in other competitions. Europa League, Champions League."
De Zerbi's claim over several of his players being capable of playing Champions League football may tempt Mac Allister, Trossard or Caicedo to explore that venture. Of course the one requirement for Chelsea would be the need to secure European football for next season, either through winning the competition this year or finishing in the Premier League's top four.
