The Chelsea Supporters Trust (CST) have asked Todd Boehly to reconsider an increase in season ticket prices at Stamford Bridge.
The current season has only three months remaining, meaning focus on filling seats in west London next campaign begins in the close future. Despite the difficult proceedings on the field, Stamford Bridge is expected to continue to welcome over 40,000 spectators come August.
However, ahead of the release of new season ticket prices, the CST have requested a re-thought on the value of said tickets in a letter sent to the U.S billionaire.

Following the announcement that the Fan Advisory Board (FAB) will begin building a relationship between club and supporters, the CST have listed their reasons for opposing 'all increases to ticket prices at Stamford Bridge' after being approached 'by a large number of members expressing their concerns' over the prices.
In the letter, their first reason for the re-think on ticket prices is the cost of living. The UK is currently enduring one of its most difficult periods in recent history and, according to the letter, the average wage has risen at a slower pace than prices.
It read: "In light of this information, the CST will firmly and unequivocally reject any attempt by the club to increase season ticket or individual match ticket prices, particularly in the cheapest sections in the ground."
The letter went on to call the possible price increase as 'unconscionable and in direct contradiction to CFC's efforts to strengthen community ties and strengthen supporter relations'. The CST have requested that further talks are held over the issue.
The second reason that is listed is the commercial revenue that the club will gain followed by the atmosphere on matchdays at Stamford Bridge. They claim an increase in ticket prices would drive supporters away, further resulting in a drop in atmosphere.
Finally, the last issue highlighted in the letter is the club's performance on the pitch. Chelsea are currently tenth in the Premier League table, despite over £600 million spent on new signings since Boehly arrived. While there has been slight improvement in the last two games, the trust has urged the club to take this into consideration to avoid further 'disconnect between the team and supporters'.
At the end of the letter, the CST includes a conclusion to round-up their ambitions. "The cost-of-living crisis, ambitious commercial targets, increased expenditure on players & management, alongside a ticket price increase during poor performances could cause the 'perfect storm' and force many Chelsea supporters away from Stamford Bridge," they said.
"Any rise in ticket prices will have an enormous impact on matchgoing supporters and we strongly ask the board to seriously consider the various issues outlined with this letter.
"The club must justify any price increases in the same month as the Energy Bills Support Scheme is scheduled to end and RPI increases are introduced on essential goods and services.
"We would welcome further consultation to this subject and look forward to further dialogue. Your sincerely, The Chelsea Supporters Trust Board."
