Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has arranged a meeting with Barcelona representatives to discuss the potential outgoing transfers of Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso.
The Blues have already seen the departures of Antonio Rudiger, Romelu Lukaku and Andreas Christensen, with the Danish defender signing for Barca on a free transfer. The Spanish giants have also been linked with moves from Azpilicueta and Alonso, despite the ongoing financial issues at Camp Nou.
football.london understands that Marcos Alonso will be allowed to leave the club this summer with Chelsea open to selling the Spaniard. Azpilicueta is also open to leaving Stamford Bridge this summer after negotiations with Barcelona for the Spanish duo stalled following Boehly's £4.25billion takeover of the club.

Both Alonso and Azpilicueta are both set to see their contracts end in 2023, with the latter having only seen his contract extended after he saw a clause activated in his deal having played a designated amount of matches in 2021/22. Boehly has been spotted in Barcelona after it was reported that the Chelsea owner is set to meet Barca representatives to discuss a number of topics, including Azpilicueta and Alonso.
Chelsea have been linked with a move for Frenkie de Jong with the Dutch midfielder currently being discussed at Manchester United over a potential £65million deal. De Jong's preference is to stay at Camp Nou but with Barca in need of funds, a move could happen this summer for the 25-year-old.
Chelsea's midfield situation is an interesting one with N'Golo Kante entering the final year of his contract and uncertainty over the futures of Jorginho and Ruben Loftus-Cheek. De Jong could be tempted by Chelsea's rumoured proposal more than United's offer due to the fact the Blues have Champions League football to contend with next season.
Raheem Sterling looks set to become Chelsea's first signing under Boehly's ownership after the 27-year-old agreed personal terms ahead of a move to west London. football.london understands the Blues are negotiating a £45million fee with Manchester City for Sterling's services, with a further £10million available in add-ons.
