Todd Boehly certainly has made his impact well known within the first four months of his Chelsea reign.
The part-LA Dodgers owner has been all hands-on with his involvement in the beautiful game since he and the Clearlake Capital consortium axis completed their £4.25billion from the sanctioned Roman Abramovich.
From overseeing the departures of key members from the footballing structure including Marina Granovskaia, Bruce Buck, Petr Cech and more to becoming interim sporting director over the summer, Boehly has certainly made his presence well known in the English remit and he's only been here for such a short time.
And this is excluding the bold All-star game idea and the decisive sacking of Thomas Tuchel. All of which have created headlines in their own ways. Now, with the first few months out of the way and with Graham Potter employed as his manager for this new project, stability was expected to be the order of the day.

But this will only seemingly come when a number of new tasks are completed. football.london understands that the new ownership group are already 'in talks' with various candidates for the sporting director and technical director roles.
Christoph Freund was the chosen candidate but the whole pursuit turned out to be a PR disaster for the Blues as the Red Bull group convinced the Austrian to do a U-turn.
Whilst the search goes on to see who those two candidates will be to fill those two new roles within this fresh structure, there is another vacancy that has opened up.
This is because The Daily Mail have reported that head physiotherapist Thierry Laurent, who has served the club for 17 years, has been let off by Boehly in an exchange that was conducted on a zoom call.
