Tito Jackson, the singer and guitarist known for his work with the Jackson 5 and the Jacksons, has been laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California. This cemetery is also the final resting place of his brother Michael Jackson and their father Joe Jackson. Tito passed away at the age of 70 and was buried on Monday, about seven weeks after his death. He resided in Claremore, Oklahoma.
The funeral service was attended by various family members, including siblings Marlon and La Toya Jackson, as well as Michael's children Paris and Bigi Jackson. Tito Jackson's death was announced by his sons on Instagram on September 15. He was the second among the nine Jackson siblings to pass away, following Michael Jackson's death in 2009 at the age of 50. Tito was the third child of Joe and Katherine Jackson, with his mother still surviving at the age of 94.
Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale is a notable cemetery where several prominent figures have been laid to rest, including Elizabeth Taylor and Walt Disney. Michael Jackson was interred in a mausoleum at the same cemetery, while Joe Jackson was buried there in 2018.
