The final day of the Premier League season is set to bow out in spectacular fashion, with a handful of various outcomes on the cards. Manchester City and Liverpool will learn who will be crowned champions of England, while the likes Burnley, Leeds United and Everton all face the prospect of relegation.

Top-spot, Champions League, Europa League, Europa Conference League and relegation is all set to play for and there'll be as many broken hearts as smiles on faces. Arsenal look set to be at the centre at the drama with potential influence on the top and bottom of the table.

So we, football.london, have set out the permutations at stake on the final day of the Premier League season, with everything to play for.

Title race

Manchester City, who will welcome Aston Villa to the Etihad on Sunday, sit first heading into the final game of the Premier League season on 90 points. Liverpool, who face Wolves at Anfield, sit second on 89 points.

Should Jurgen Klopp's side get just a point, the only way that the Reds can automatically clinch the title is City then losing by a seven goal deficit. On the face of it, Liverpool must win against Wolves and City must drop points for Klopp's side to stand a chance.

But, if Man City lose 6-0 against Aston Villa and Liverpool get a 5-5 draw with Wolves, Liverpool and Man City would face each other in a play-off to decide the Premier League winner. Drama.

Champions League Qualification

Due to Arsenal's heart-breaking loss to Newcastle United at St. James' Park during the week, Chelsea confirmed their place in the European competition for a third successive year. Thomas Tuchel's side currently sit third on 70 points with two games to spare, peering into the rear view mirror as the north London outfits battle it out.

On the final day, Tottenham travel to Carrow Road to face already relegated Norwich City, meanwhile the Gunners welcome Everton to the Emirates Stadium. But, with the Toffees predicted to stay up, Mikel Arteta's side may have their work cut out in Sunday afternoon.

Antonio Conte needs at least a point and for Arsenal to not win by more than a 15-goal advantage for Spurs to wrap up Champions League qualification. Though, if Tottenham fail to win or draw against the Canaries, the Gunners must win to clamber back into the top-four.

Europa League and Europa Conference League Qualification

Arsenal and Tottenham have each guaranteed qualification into the Europa League next season should one fail to clinch top-four. So, it's sixth place which is up for grabs.

Manchester United, who face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on the final day, currently occupy sixth on 58 points. West Ham, who travel to the Amex Stadium to play Brighton, sit seventh on 56 points.

David Moyes' side are guaranteed a place in the Europa Conference League, but the Hammers must win and for the Red Devils to draw or lose just to stand a chance of Europa League qualification.

West Ham boast a far superior goal difference over United, handing the east Londoners a silver-lining consolation.

Relegation Battle

Norwich City and Watford are already set to be relegated to the Championship next season, meaning that Burnley, Leeds United and Everton are in contention for the final spot to go down.

On the final day, Burnley face Newcastle, Leeds face Brentford and Everton face Arsenal at the Emirates. Therefore, Arteta's side are set to have a huge say in what happens at both the top and bottom of the Premier League table.
