Last summer there was a video circulating of Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis putting mayo in his coffee, which is just downright disgusting, especially for a black coffee person like myself.
However, in his first meeting with the media on Friday night following the Titans trading up to draft him in the second round, Levis dispelled the notion that using mayo in his coffee is some kind of regular occurence.
“It was a stupid thing I did that I thought was funny,” he said, per FOX Sports’ Ben Arthur. “I don’t actually do it.”
Here’s the video in question, if you can stomach it:

Back in March, Levis said he expected to “get a rise out of people” but didn’t think it would be as widespread as it was. He also noted that he hasn’t done it since, even though “it didn’t taste half bad,” per Daniel Chavkin of Sports Illustrated.
Levis says he takes cream and sugar in coffee regularly, not mayo.

There you have it, we can now put to bed arguably the biggest controversy surrounding Levis ahead of the 2023 NFL draft.
Now if we can just get some answers on whether or not he truly enjoys eating brown bananas — peel and all — like he did back in 2021, that would be great.
