Green Bay Packers executive Jon-Eric Sullivan will get at least two interviews for general manager jobs during this hiring cycle. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Tennessee Titans have requested to interview Sullivan for their open general manager job.
Sullivan, the Packers vice president of player personnel under Brian Gutekunst, is also expected to interview with the New York Jets.
The search process in Tennessee is being run by Titans president of football operations Chad Brinker, who spent almost 15 years in Green Bay working under both Ted Thompson and Gutekunst and alongside Sullivan.
Sullivan, the son of an NFL and college football coach, arrived in Green Bay in 2004. He has vast experience as a college scout and on the pro personnel side, and he helped the Packers both build teams around Aaron Rodgers and reconstruct the roster around Jordan Love in recent years.
The Titans fired general manager Ran Carthon after only two seasons in charge. Tennessee finished 3-14 in 2024 — including a blowout loss to the Packers early in the season — and will have the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft, which will be held in Green Bay.
