The Tennessee Titans (6-3) and Green Bay Packers (4-6) will have the honor of beginning Week 11 of the 2022 campaign when they meet at Lambeau Field on Thursday night.
It hasn’t been pretty — especially on offense — but the Titans are 6-3 and have opened up a sizeable lead in the AFC South after nine games. They also hold the No. 3 seed in the conference right now.
Meanwhile, the Packers have been very disappointing this season, sporting a 4-6 record through 10 games and sitting in second place in the NFC North behind the Minnesota Vikings.
Green Bay is coming into this one with a head of steam after snapping a five-game losing streak last week in what was the team’s best offensive showing of 2022.
While both teams obviously want to win this game, the situation is dire for the Packers, who are in a must-win situation every week moving forward.
Let’s see what our staff thinks about this game, shall we?

I think the Titans try to establish the ground game through Derrick Henry with mild success. The Packers will do the same with Aaron Jones and A.J. Dillon. However, I think this one comes down to who has the better passing game, and right now, despite his recent struggles, that’s still Aaron Rodgers. Packers in a close one at Lambeau.
Final score: Packers 28, Titans 23

The Tennessee Titans have a chance to really solidify themselves as a contender in the AFC with this win from a public relations standpoint.
If they win on a short week in Lambeau while essentially burying Aaron Rodgers and the Packers, it will be a huge win no matter your thought on Green Bay.
The matchup sets up well, too. Green Bay can’t stop the run at all and while having the emerging Christian Watson, the Packers don’t have a super explosive set of pass catchers.
Unfortunately, I think the Packers will have a good plan to play the run much like the Broncos and I worry about the Packers RBs attacking the perimeter. Also, not sure the Titans offense can score more than 17 and I think they’ll need more because of the disadvantages of the game circumstance.
Final score: Packers 24, Titans 17

The Titans have had their issues at Lambeau Field over the years, but this matchup against the Packers is a favorable one for a few reasons.
Green Bay’s best asset on offense is its rushing attack, but Tennessee sports the No. 2 run defense in the NFL.
Of course, any passing attack led by Aaron Rodgers is a concern, but the Packers are also banged-up on the left side of their offensive line, which could create issues against a talented Titans front that has been good at getting after the quarterback no matter who’s playing.
On offense, the Titans should be able to play to their strength, which is running the football with Derrick Henry.
Green Bay owns the seventh-worst run defense in the NFL through 10 games, and the unit has been the worst in the NFL since Week 4.
Tennessee’s defense once again puts the clamps on its opponent, and the offense scores 20-plus points for the first time since Week 5 thanks to a strong showing by Henry, and a complementary effort from the passing attack.
Final score: Titans 23, Packers 20

I expect the Packers to play like a desperate football team that will give the Titans their best shot. However, in the end, Tennessee’s defense makes their presence felt while Derrick Henry takes advantage of the 26th ranked run-defense in the NFL.
Final score: Titans 26, Packers 20
