The Tennessee Titans will play arguably their most important game of the 2022 regular season on Sunday when they visit the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field in Week 13.
For starters, the Titans are trying to shake the notion they can’t beat the NFL’s better teams, as Tennessee is just 1-3 against teams with a winning record this season.
That lone victory came against a Washington Commanders team that ended the Eagles’ undefeated season, but the Commanders didn’t have Taylor Heinicke under center and were 1-3 at the time.
Less important for the Titans’ overall outlook but still important to fans and the player himself, A.J. Brown will be playing his first game against his old team.
While sportsbooks have the Eagles favored going into this game, there were actually a good amount of experts from different media outlets picking the Titans to win.
Let’s see what our staff thinks will happen on Sunday.

The Tennessee Titans are a good team, but I believe the Philadelphia Eagles are a great team. If the Titans had their equalizer (pass-rush) then I would probably pick them to win.
I think Vrabel will have a great defensive plan and I think Henry runs the ball better. The truth is, though, Philly is stacked. They have everything they need to beat the Titans, and I think they will.
Final score: Eagles 31, Titans 20

The Titans have their work cut out for them on Sunday. Tennessee heads into a hostile environment that’s undoubtedly going to be ready to defend its superstar wideout.
It won’t be easy, but Tennessee will have to play a complete game on all three levels to give themselves a chance in this one.
Ultimately, I think the Titans do just enough to pull off the monstrous road upset with big games by Derrick Henry and Treylon Burks leading the way.
Final score: Titans 26, Eagles 24

The Titans have proven to have issues with athletic quarterbacks in recent years, and Jalen Hurts is one of the best in the business in that area.
Tennessee will be able to limit Miles Sanders, but Hurts will pull off back-breaking runs to bail his team out of third-down situations and thwart the Titans’ pass-rush, which will sorely miss Denico Autry once again.
Making matters worse, A.J. Brown’s size and physicality will be too much for the Titans’ secondary to deal with, ala Tee Higgins in Week 12, leading to a big day for the former Titan.
Tennessee’s offense gets Derrick Henry and the ground game going after three down games, with Ben Jones’ return proving to be the difference.
However, the offensive line will struggle against Philly’s talented pass-rush, and Ryan Tannehill won’t find many open looks down the field against an Eagles secondary that has lockdown ability.
The Titans still find a way to keep it close, but the Eagles prove to be the better team on Sunday.
Final score: Eagles 27, Titans 20

A.J. Brown has a huge game against his former team. Titans offense struggles in Philadelphia as more questions pop up regarding Todd Downing’s future with the team.
Final score: Eagles 28, Titans 17
