Titans vs. Bengals inactives for divisional-round game

The Tennessee Titans and Cincinnati Bengals have revealed their list of inactives for the divisional-round matchup on Saturday at Nissan Stadium.

Tennessee’s injury report during the week was one of the shortest this team has seen all season long after having to overcome an injury-plagued 2021 campaign that saw the Titans field an NFL record 91 players.

The big news on the injury front for the Titans this week is the return of star running back Derrick Henry, who is officially active and set to play in his first game since Week 8. Henry isn’t expected to have any limitations.

The only Titan listed as questionable going into this game, defensive lineman Teair Tart, is inactive and will not play on Saturday. Another notable inactive is linebacker Rashaan Evans, who is a healthy scratch.

It looks like Jayon Brown, who was inactive in Week 18 against the Houston Texans, will backup David Long and Zach Cunningham. Brown is a superior coverage linebacker to Evans, which might be needed against a potent Cincinnati passing attack.

For the Bengals, they had multiple key players to keep an eye on injury-wise during the week, but their final injury report also listed only one player as questionable in wide receiver Stanley Morgan, who is inactive.

Now a look at the full list of inactives ahead of what will be the most important game of the 2021 season for the Titans and Bengals.
