Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks went down with a scary injury and was carted off the field late into fourth quarter of Thursday night’s matchup against the Steelers.
Burks jumped up to try to make a catch on a deep pass attempt from quarterback Will Levis on fourth down, but landed hard on his shoulder, and his head slammed into the ground right after.
Burks remained on the ground as the medical staff came to his aid, while players gathered around to show their support. He was placed onto a backboard and then transported onto the cart. The 23-year-old could be seen giving a thumbs up as he was taken off the field.

According to sideline reporter Kaylee Hartung on Amazon’s Thursday Night Football broadcast, Burks has full movement in all of his extremities.
Burks was the Titans’ first-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Arkansas. Prior to Thursday night, Burks had missed Tennessee’s previous three games while sideline with a knee injury, and had last played on Sept. 24.
He had two catches for 23 yards before going down with the injury.
