
The Tennessee Titans enter a 2023 offseason that is filled with uncertainty, from the quarterback position all the way down to the kicker.
Making things even trickier is the fact that the Titans are over the cap before making any moves, with the team set to be around $20.9 million over, per Over the Cap.
Of course, Tennessee has many avenues to bring that number above water, with cuts, restructures and contract extensions among them.
