The Tennessee Titans are signing quarterback Mason Rudolph to a one-year deal worth up to $3.62 million, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported Wednesday.
Rudolph previously spent his entire career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, as the Steelers drafted Rudolph in the third round of the 2018 NFL draft. In six seasons, Rudolph played in 21 games, starting 13, and totaled 3,085 passing yards with 19 touchdowns and 11 interceptions while leading the Steelers to an 8–4–1 record.
Last season, Rudolph began the year as the third-string quarterback but took over as the starter after Kenny Pickett got injured and Mitchell Trubisky was benched. The veteran led the Steelers to a 3–0 regular season record with 719 passing yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions.

Rudolph started at quarterback in Pittsburgh’s wild-card playoff loss to the Buffalo Bills, but his play down the stretch earned him a spot on the Titans’ roster.
Rudolph will join Will Levis in Tennessee’s quarterback room with new head coach Brian Callahan.
