The Tennessee Titans reportedly have an interview set with Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn for their head coach vacancy this week.
Per MMQB’s Albert Breer, the Titans will interview Quinn on Wednesday, making it the fourth interview the team will have completed for its head coach job.
The first three completed interviews were with Las Vegas Raiders interim head coach Antonio Pierce, Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan and Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald.
Quinn will be the most experienced candidate of the group, as his coaching career spans three decades between college and the pros. He also has head coach experience after serving as the Atlanta Falcons’ for five-plus seasons.
Quinn oversaw a Cowboys defense that has been top 10 in points allowed each season he’s been the defensive coordinator, and top five in each of the past two years.
However, Dallas got torched for 48 points by the Green Bay Packers in their season-ending loss in the playoffs on Sunday night.
