The Tennessee Titans have made a grand total of seven free-agent signings from outside the team this offseason, and the Titans have now revealed the jersey numbers each will don in their first seasons in Nashville.
The most notable of the bunch is cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting’s, with the veteran corner grabbing the coveted No. 0, which players are now allowed to wear after a recent rule change.
Murphy-Bunting immediately made it clear he was eyeing the number, but fellow new Titan and linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair had his eye on it, also. Apparently, Murphy-Bunting won out in his bid.
As for Al-Shaair, he will be changing from the No. 51 he wore with the San Francisco 49ers to No. 2, the digit he wore during his college days at Florida Atlantic.
But those are just two of the number reveals for new players, and there are also some players who are changing their number ahead of the 2023 campaign. Here’s a look at the full list of jersey numbers:
