Rookie Will Levis is expected to start at quarterback for the Titans in their Week 8 matchup against the Falcons. Both Levis and Malik Willis will play in the game, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Regular starter Ryan Tannehill will miss the game due to a high ankle sprain suffered in Week 6's loss to the Ravens. Tennessee had a bye last week.
Coach Mike Vrabel told reporters on Tuesday that Tannehill could be out for Sunday's game, but didn't announce whether Levis or Willis would start in his place. The Titans bring a 2–4 record into Week 8, currently holding fourth place in the AFC South.

The choice is something of a surprise, considering Willis has appeared in two games and was No. 2 on Tennessee's QB depth chart this season while Levis hasn't played. However, the Titans obviously thought highly of Levis as they drafted him when Willis was already on the roster.
Levis was projected to be one of the top quarterbacks taken in last April's NFL draft, but wasn't picked until the second round (No. 33) by the Titans.
During his senior year at Kentucky, he completed 65.4% for 2,406 yards with 19 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Those numbers were less impressive than what he compiled as a junior, which likely contributed to him being drafted lower than expected.
