The Tennessee Titans contributed to an all-time record for the NFL draft when they made a trade up for Kentucky quarterback Will Levis in the second round.
Throughout the three-day event, there were 41 trades in total (as of this writing, we’ll update if there are more), setting a new NFL record.
The record-breaking deal came when the Houston Texans struck a deal with the Buffalo Bills to move up to the No. 205 overall pick.
The Titans only made one deal during the draft (the aforementioned trade up for Levis), but their AFC South foes, the Indianapolis Colts, Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars, all made multiple.
And, by all accounts, there is a lot of praise out there for what those three teams have done overall.
Meanwhile, Titans fans are less than thrilled (to put it nicely) with what transpired during this year’s draft, as the team failed to address its No. 1 need at wide receiver.
