The Tennessee Titans made four roster moves ahead of their Week 15 game against the Houston Texans, including officially waiving defensive lineman Teair Tart.
Along with waiving Tart, the Titans have promoted wide receiver Mason Kinsey to the active roster and elevated defensive lineman Marlon Davidson and linebacker JoJo Domann from the practice squad for Sunday’s contest.
The expectation is that Kinsey will take over punt return duties from corner Eric Garror, who muffed a punt during the Week 14 win over the Miami Dolphins.
Domann and Davidson were both elevated last week, also. The former played 16 snaps on special teams, while the latter saw 19 defensive snaps. Davidson will give Tennessee some extra depth with Tart gone.
Speaking of Tart: he’ll now head to waivers, where he figures to draw plenty of interest.
The Titans will look to win back-to-back games for the first time this season when they host the Texans at Nissan Stadium on Sunday.
