After another disappointing loss in Week 9 to the Pittsburgh Steelers, it’s time for our weekly round-up of where experts are putting the Tennessee Titans in their NFL power rankings for Week 10.
We start with USA TODAY’s Nate Davis, who has the Titans moving down two spots from No. 17 to No. 19. Here’s what he had to say about Tennessee:
19. Titans (17): Maybe their quarterback issue is solved, for now, with Will Levis. But a defense with a league-low six takeaways needs to give the rookie a little help … and a few extra possessions.
While the defense has definitely been disappointing, the offense needs to do more, also, with Tennessee scoring just 18.5 points per game. Hopefully Will Levis will solve that issue the rest of the way.
Now, a look at where other experts are putting the Titans in their respective NFL power rankings going into Week 10 after Tennessee dropped to 3-5 on the season.

Will Levis had the team in the game until the end. Against a staunch Steeler defense in his second start? It could have been far worse.
Pete Prisco, CBS Sports: 21 (-3)
They didn’t beat the Steelers, but they have a quarterback. Will Levis has to be their guy going forward. Too bad he doesn’t have much help.
NFL Nation, ESPN: 25 (-3)
Vinnie Iyer, Sporting News: 27 (-2)
The Titans are getting more life offensively with Will Levis and DeAndre Hopkins, while Derrick Henry keeps pounding away. But they are showing more defensive liabilities and Levis can still be a overwhelmed rookie in tougher spots.
Frank Schwab, Yahoo Sports: 22 (-2)
Rookie QB Will Levis wasn’t great in his second start but he held his own. It’s going to be very interesting how head coach Mike Vrabel handles the situation when Ryan Tannehill is ready to return because the Titans’ best move — for this season and definitely the future — is clearly giving Levis the rest of the season.

Dalton Miller, Pro Football Network:
The Tennessee Titans might have something with Will Levis. It’s early, and things certainly aren’t perfect yet, but the young Titans passer is playing with more confidence and decisiveness than at any point in his collegiate career.
The schematic fit in Tennessee always made sense. In fact, Ryan Tannehill was a popular comparison for Levis. But the rookie QB has a bigger arm, and although Tannehill was at one time a wide receiver, Levis is a more natural runner.
Josh Schrock, NBC Sports: 23 (+3)
Tennessee Titans (3-5): Did Will Levis really slide in the draft because he puts mayo in his coffee? Drafting a quarterback is the most inexact science. Titans might have had a gift fall in their lap.
