The Tennessee Titans need someone to step up with outside linebacker Harold Landry out, and 2021 fourth-round pick Rashad Weaver is already answering the bell.
Late in the first quarter of the Titans’ Week 1 game against the New York Giants, Weaver notched his first career sack, taking down quarterback Daniel Jones for a five-yard loss.
Weaver’s sack was one of two on the drive, and it was the team’s third of the first quarter, with Bud Dupree and Jeffery Simmons accounting for the other two.
