The Tennessee Titans continue to inch toward resetting their infamous record of 91 different players used from a year ago. However, this time around, the Titans have some actual competition for a record they definitely wouldn’t mind losing.
Despite the fact that Tennessee has already played a whopping 73 different players this season, the Arizona Cardinals are actually ahead of them at the moment with a total of 76 different players used.
Although, the Cardinals haven’t played this week yet, therefore that number could grow by Monday night, when they face the San Francisco 49ers.
For the Titans, kicker Josh Lambo, cornerback Greg Mabin, and defensive back Davontae Harris were the 71st, 72nd, and 73rd players to play at least one snap in a game for Tennessee this season.
K Josh Lambo and CBs Greg Mabin and Davontae Harris became the 71st, 72nd, and 73rd players to appear in a game for the #Titans this season. Entering the week, the Titans were second in the NFL behind the Arizona Cardinals (76) in total players used in 2022.

This number is expected to grow with each passing week based on the team’s never-ending issues with injuries, but only time will tell by how much.
Ultimately, this is a record the Titans are more than fine with relinquishing, but unfortunately, expect Tennessee to be in the race until the very end.
