On Monday, the Tennessee Titans announced a few more changes to their coaching staff as they head into the offseason.
Officially gone from #Titans‘ coaching staff:
-ST coordinator Colt Anderson
-Passing game coordinator/CBs coach Chris Harris
-TE coach Justin Outten
-Special teams asst. Anthony Levine
-Defensive asst. Clint McMillan— John Glennon (@glennonsports) January 27, 2025
After the hiring of John Fassel as special teams coordinator late last week, the team has officially parted ways with former coordinator Colt Anderson.
Along with Anderson, the Titans are parting ways with passing game coordinator/cornerbacks coach Chris Harris, tight ends coach Justin Outten, special teams assistant Anthony Levine, and defensive assistant Clint McMillan.
McMillan and Outten were holdovers from the staff after Brian Callahan was hired. Their departures were reported earlier in this coaching cycle, with McMillan set to join former Titans head coach Mike Vrabel in New England.
Besides the previously reported hiring of Fassel and assistant special teams coach Rayna Stewart, the Titans are continuing to make additions and changes to the staff.
The @Titans have promoted Luke Stocker to tight ends coach.
Also, the team has hired veteran coaches John Fassel (special teams) and Tony Oden (passing game coordinator/cornerbacks), along with making several other staff changes.

The Titans are promoting Luke Stocker to be their tight ends coach in 2025.
Stocker was with Tennessee as a coach for two seasons after ending his playing career. A fourth-round selection by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2011 out of the University of Tennessee, Stocker played 11 seasons with the Bucs, Titans, Atlanta Falcons, and Minnesota Vikings. He finished his career with 85 receptions for 705 yards and five touchdowns in 142 games (91 starts).
Tennessee went outside the organization to bring in Tony Oden as passing game coordinator/cornerbacks coach. He will be joining the Titans after spending the past three seasons with the New York Jets.
In all, he brings 19 years of NFL experience to the staff after stints with the Jets, San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins, Detroit Lions, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jacksonville Jaguars, New Orleans Saints and Houston Texans.
It’s clear that the disappointing 3-14 finish to 2024 has resonated throughout Nashville, and the Titans are making major changes, with more still to come.
