The Tennessee Titans will have at least one of their coaches representing them at the 2023 Senior Bowl, which will take place in February.
The Senior Bowl’s official Twitter account has revealed who the staffs of the respective teams will be, and Titans defensive assistant Clinton McMillan has been tabbed to be the linebackers coach for the American Team.
From McMillan’s bio on the Titans’ website:
Clinton McMillan is in his second season with the Titans and his first year as defensive line assistant. He initially joined the Titans in 2021 as a defensive assistant as part of the NFL’s Bill Walsh Coaching Fellowship.
While the Titans will no doubt have plenty of scouts, etc., at the Senior Bowl, likely including new general manager Ran Carthon, it certainly doesn’t hurt to have someone working directly with the players to help scouting along.

It just so happens McMillan is working with a position that could become a big need for Tennessee depending on how things shake out with David Long and Zach Cunningham, the latter of whom is expected to be cut.
Also helping out at the Senior Bowl is Atlanta Falcons quarterbacks coach, Charles London, who is a candidate for the Titans’ offensive coordinator position.
