The Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts have released their final injury reports of the week ahead of their Week 5 contest at Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday.
Tennessee has four players ruled out, including wide receiver Treylon Burks, defensive lineman Teair Tart and right tackle Nicholas Petit-Frere. NPF practiced fully all week but apparently needs more time.
Buy Titans TicketsLeft guard Peter Skoronski was a full participant all week and carries no designation into Sunday. Head coach Mike Vrabel said earlier in the day that the rookie was on track to play.
As for wide receiver Kyle Philips, he practiced in full all week and does not have a designation, but he has yet to be activated from injured reserve. Chance are that will happen on Saturday.

Defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons was a new addition to the injury report with an ankle issue and was limited, but he has no status and should be good to go.
In Indianapolis, three key players have been ruled out, including defensive end Kwity Paye, linebacker Shaquille Leonard and left tackle Bernhard Raimann.
UPDATE: On Saturday, running back Jonathan Taylor was activated from the PUP list and removed from the injury report, which means he’ll play in Week 5.
