If you thought the rumors and speculation would stop on the very same day the Tennessee Titans will embark on Round 1 of the 2023 NFL draft, think again.
Tennessee has already been involved in one of the biggest rumors of the day thus far, with Aaron Wilson of Click2Houston reporting the team is eyeing trading up to the Arizona Cardinals’ No. 3 spot in order to draft C.J. Stroud, who is reportedly unlikely to be a target of the Houston Texans at No. 2.
Where will Stroud wind up if the Texans don’t pick him? The Tennessee Titans are exploring a potential trade up to the Arizona Cardinals’ third overall selection with Stroud their target, according to league sources.
While that sounds great, a more recent rumor popped up that shows it might be difficult for the Titans to pull off such a trade. We cover that and other rumors from the past week in the tracker below.
Note: newest rumors are at the top.
Titans eyeing pick Nos. 3 or 8
3 things on the Top 10 …
1) The Cardinals, Seahawks and Falcons have been active exploring moving down.
2) The Titans have had talks to go to 3 and 8. The Eagles have had talks to go to 5 and 8.
3) What happens at 2 with Houston will factor into whether these deals happen.

Titans liked Will Levis
Want another team that is fond of Will Levis? I'm told the #Titans didn't get the same vibe other teams did in their meetings with the Kentucky QB. They liked him. A bunch. Might he end up as Ryan Tannehill's successor?

However, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports that the Titans and Cardinals haven’t had discussions centered around the veteran wide receiver.
While the #Titans have had conversations about a potential trade up to No. 3 — among other spots — they have not had conversations centered around star WR DeAndre Hopkins, source said.

Cardinals have multiple offers for No. 3 pick
I’m told the Arizona Cardinals are currently mulling trade offers from multiple teams interested in moving to No. 3 overall.
