One day after their senior team advanced to an All-Ireland semi-final, Galway's minors are aiming to book their place in a Championship final for a sixth consecutive year.
The young Tribesmen won the first four of those deciders, but were well beaten by Cork in last year's final at Semple Stadium.
They face Tipperary in Limerick this afternoon, with throw-in scheduled for 2pm.

The winners of today's game will meet Offaly in the final after they defeated Clare in the other semi-final on Friday evening.
