Tinder Swindler Simon Leviev cashes in on Netflix doc by selling videos to fans

Fans of Netflix can now get a personalised message by Tinder Swindler Simon Leviev.

The conman who became famous thanks to the streaming giant is now flogging the videos on celeb greetings site Cameo - and is charging £148 a go.

Simon, 31, who is nicknamed the Tinder Swindler, promises fans their personal video will land within 24 hours of being ordered.

He has decided to cash in on his global fame and also offers businesses the chance to receive personalised messages too.

In one clip, he is seen wearing a Versace hoodie and tells the camera: "Hi everybody I am so excited to be here on Cameo.

"I am Simon Leviev, if you want any blessing, anything, birthday, whatever, shout out. I am so excited to be here. I wish you a great and magnificent day."

In another he is seen to seemingly joke about his past exploits and references the fact he told women he needed cash to stay safe.

Smirking, he says: "Party like it's your last day - like your enemies are after you."

Impressively, Simon currently boasts a five-star rating on the platform although some fans have slammed the company for allowing him to cash in on his conman ways.

Speaking to The Sun, one source said: "It's a massive kick in the teeth for all the women he swindled thousands out of over the years.

"Many are still paying off the loans from cards that he duped from them yet here Simon is branding himself as a celebrity.

"What message are we sending to teenagers if this is the kind of person that we celebrate?"

His story was made into a worldwide phenomenon this year by Netflix as the streaming service told how he posed as a globe-trotting diamond trader.

Viewers watched on as the documentary showed how he would boast of his apparent wealth on social media while stylising himself as The Prince of Diamonds.

Simon, who was born Simon Hayut, would tell unsuspecting women he was the son of a Russian-Israeli gem tycoon called Lev Leviev - which of course is not true.

Speaking the two-hour show, his victim Cecilie Fjellhøy told how she was checked into a mental health ward after Simon conned her out of £140,000.

His exploitive ways caught up with him in 2019 when he was sentenced to 15 months in prison.

However, he only served five months before being released on good behaviour.
