Chelsea are heading into the final month of a crucial summer transfer window with plenty of incoming and outgoing transfers expected at Stamford Bridge.
Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly became Todd Boehly's first signings as the Blues begin a new era under the American's ownership, with the likes of Presnel Kimpembe, Milan Skriniar and Frenkie de Jong all being linked with a transfer to west London. Romelu Lukaku was allowed to leave the club after falling out of favour last term under Thomas Tuchel, returning to Inter Milan after just a year on a season-long loan deal.
One name that could follow Lukaku out of the door this summer is Timo Werner. football.london understands Werner is open to leaving Chelsea this summer and the club won't stand in his way should a suitable offer be received, though the German's wage demands could prove to be a potential stumbling block for interested parties.

football.london learned earlier this year that Borussia Dortmund were interested in signing Werner but a deal proved to be 'impossible' due to the finances involved. With that said, here's a look at the latest information regarding a potential transfer exit for the German forward.
Real Madrid and Arsenal interest
The German striker is attracting interest from European heavyweights Real Madrid and Premier League rivals Arsenal, according to Defensa Central.
With opportunities seemingly limited at Stamford Bridge under Tuchel, Werner will need to lower his wage demands if he is to secure a move away from west London this summer.
Juventus offer
Serie A giants Juventus are said to be keen on signing Timo Werner on-loan should they fail to land Alvaro Morata, as they look to replace Paulo Dybala, as per The Guardian.
Chelsea discussed the option of involving Werner as part of a swap deal for former transfer target Matthijs de Ligt, before the Dutch defender joined Bayern Munich.
A loan deal would be more feasible for the 26-year-old to leave Stamford Bridge this summer due to the fact he is contracted until 2025 and is earning a whopping £275,000 per week.
RB Leipzig return
Sky Germany, via the Mirror, reported that RB Leipzig are keen on bringing Werner back to his homeland this summer.
The German has only scored 23 times for the Blues and is far from a guaranteed starter under Tuchel. With Armando Broja only being allowed to leave Stamford Bridge on-loan and Raheem Sterling arriving from Manchester City, it could see the German fall further down the pecking order in Tuchel's squad.
Werner World Cup ambition
Werner wants to play regular first team football before Germany begin their World Cup campaign in November: "I could be happy everywhere," he said.
"It is clear I want to play more, and I should play more to first be in good shape for the World Cup and also to have a chance to play at the World Cup. It doesn't change anything whether it is a winter World Cup or in the summer.
"I think if I play half of the season or the whole season, I should play. It doesn't change anything in my mind."
Tuchel blocks exit
According to Kicker, Tuchel has 'put a stop' to his plan to leave Chelsea as he still wants Werner to be part of his squad for the upcoming campaign.
Tuchel has made it clear in the past that he thinks the Germany international has something to prove at Stamford Bridge. As cited by the Metro, Tuchel said: "I don't know about it, Timo has not talked to me about it.
"In the moment, I think he wants to make his way at Chelsea. He has still to prove a point."
