TikToker 'Mizzy' brags to furious Piers Morgan he 'does what he wants' amid dangerous pranks

A TikTok prankster who has been wreaking havoc in communities got into an angry row with Piers Morgan after labelling UK laws 'weak' - and the TV host racist.

Bacari-Bronze O'Garro, known on social media as Mizzy, has been charged with failing to comply with a Community Protection Notice and appeared on court on Wednesday.

He was fined £365 for entered someone's home without their permission, an incident had been distressing for the victim and her family who were at home at the time.

He has also been accused of carrying out a number of cruel stunts, including stealing an elderly woman's dog and leaping into strangers' cars.

The 18-year-old is also accused of screaming in strangers' faces, asking if they 'want to die'.

After judge at Thames Magistrates Court also gave O'Garro a two-year criminal behaviour order, he was invited onto TalkTV.

Piers grilled the teen as the pair irrupted each other throughout the interview.

The presenter reeled off a number of controversial stunts he has carried out this year.

The former GMB host said: "You take a dog from an elderly woman, leapfrog over the top of an orthodox Jewish man standing at the side of the road minding his business, you go up to women in the street and say, 'do you want to die?'.

"A lot of the stuff that you do could have consequences far more serious but you don’t care do you, as long as you get a laugh?"

The prankster replied: "Of course I care, I have remorse. But I am legally an adult now so I can do what I want.

"People are getting hurt about things that didn't happen to them."

But things soon took a turn.

O'Garro then asked Piers if he was "trying to get onto me because I'm black?"

The angered host told him: "What? Why would I care about your skin colour."

The teen asked: "Really?"

Piers, who accused him of playing the 'race card' hit back saying: "I just think you're in idiot."

He ended the interview saying: "You're just a complete moron."

Hours before, O'Garro was ordered to pay a fine of £200, as well as a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85.

Lee Sergent, in mitigation, said his client had apologised to the family.

He said the teenager was raised by a single parent and had a difficult upbringing.

"He is an intelligent young man and a young man with some potential" he told the court.
