TikToker discovers Edinburgh's 'hidden cocktail bar' with knock entry and no menu

A popular Scottish TikToker who covers food and drink claims he has discovered Edinburgh's 'best kept secret' in the New Town.

His video, posted under his moniker @topscottishscran, has amassed over 340,000 views and 18,000 likes. It shows a tucked away cocktail bar in the city centre where you have to knock to enter - and that's not all that the watering hole has in store for drinkers.

Located on Rose Street Lane North, Never Really Here would be easy for passersby to miss due to its closed and graffitied door.

"The cocktail bar only has six other tables and is dimly lit which adds to the unique atmosphere."

Alongside this, according to the video, the business does not even have a menu and you have to talk to the waiter who will ask you questions about what you like to drink.

The conversation with the bar person will determine what you will get to drink which will be tailored for you.

Never Really Here used to be named Bryant & Mack but has kept the spooky and secret disguise.
