With bakery chain Greggs being something of a staple in the British culinary repertoire, plenty of customers have a regular go-to item or two from the plethora of pastries and pizzas on offer. Steak bakes and vegan sausage rolls are just a couple of the most loved items from the franchise.
While some usually enjoy a visit in the morning to tuck into a sausage or bacon wrap, others venture in the afternoon for a pepperoni pizza or a sweet treat. The Mirror reports regardless of your pastry of choice, according to one employee, it can tell the cashier everything they need to know about you.
TikTok user @smashed.pian0s revealed what the purchase of each item says about you, and what you look like. Leah, who works at Greggs, wrote: "What you look like from what your Greggs order is."
The first photo was of a classic Greggs pepperoni pizza slice, which Leah infers is most often bought by children. The margherita counterpart however receives a more generous endorsement, which apparently is enjoyed by 'conventionally attractive' men with gym bodies and sharp jawlines.
Leah defended the pizza choice to a naysayer in the comments who labelled the item "vile", acknowledging her ability to make her own pizzas fresh probably helped the taste. She said: "It's well nice I make a fresh one every time I'm on break I can literally put anything on it if I want."
Next up was a breakfast roll with bacon and sausage, which Leah indicates is bought by builders or other high-vis, hard hat-wearing workers.
This was followed by the beef and veg pastry, which she humorously indicates she is not a huge fan of with a vomiting emoji accompanying the photo. Leah believes if you're a fan of this snack you are most likely an old woman with poor manors, demonstrated by a picture of an elderly lady swearing.
Some notable omissions from the video include the fan-favourite sausage roll, which Leah says: "Literally everyone buys".
Some commenters found themselves in agreement with Leah, especially the "fans of mergheritas", while others asked for their personal go-to item to be analysed like the sausage, bean and cheese melt. Fellow Greggs employees seemed to concur with their company comrade, calling the video "perfect".
She shared a pet peeve in the caption, which said: "Amount of times I have to say 'its not a heated counter' when people are shouting at me for it being cold." A commenter joked: "Greggs deffo needs a heated counter," to which Leah added: "Then people would complain about the price cos u have to charge an extra 20% vat."
