TikTok sensation Brandon Diau is in line for his first Greenock Morton appearance after earning a trial with the Scottish Championship side.
The 30-year-old has been without a club since leaving Welsh minnows Flint Town but has earned himself a following on social media after setting himself the challenge to earn a professional contract within 365 days of his exit - and Morton boss Dougie Imrie has invited the towering centre-back to train with the club during pre-season.
After showcasing his dedication to earning a deal on his TikTok account showing clips of him working hard in the gym and on public pitches around the world, he eventually arrived at Cappielow earlier this week only to be told there was no one there because it was a day off. He returned the next day and met assistant manager Andy Millen who offered Diau the chance to take part in training in a bid to earn a deal.
He was included as a trialist for the friendly clash with Annan. He made the bench at Galabank against the League One side in a whirlwind 24 hours for the Congo U20 cap - and was snapped warming up with 'Ton.
