The pair agree to sit side by side in front of a camera and say in unison, “We listen, we don’t judge,” before taking turns revealing something the other person might not know.
Typically, the information revealed is a secret, something embarrassing or even a confession they thought they might never tell the other person. The catch is that whatever is said cannot be held against the revealer, and the individual hearing what’s shared cannot judge what they just heard.
