Addison Rae ensured that her appearance at the MTV Movie and TV Awards would be one to remember on Sunday.
The TikTok superstar, 20, who recently garnered even more fans following her appearance on KUWTK, sent MTV fans into meltdown when she locked lips with actor Tanner Buchanan live on stage.
The He's All That co-stars were presenting the award for Best Kiss at the 2021 Awards but Addison decided to steal the limelight as she grabbed Tanner, 22, and planted a kiss on his lips – much to the confusion of fans.
Before they revealed the winners of the award for Best Kiss, Addison and Tanner admitted that they wanted to prove that they should have been added to the list of nominees.
The genetically blessed pair shared an intense smooch in front of the applauding audience, but fans tuning in at home weren’t as impressed as they claimed the ‘awkward’ encounter was ‘too much’.
Taking to Twitter, they insisted that Addison and Tanner should have stalled their stunt until after they announced the winners because the duo ‘stole the limelight’.
“Well, that was awkward. Addison Rae is trying too hard. Stop trying to steal the limelight,” fumed one viewer.
“Addison and Tanner, that was too much,” another echoed.
Meanwhile, a third quipped: “Probably the most awkward kiss to ever happen on TV. Was there really any need guys?”
Following their smooch, Addison and Tanner presented the golden popcorn to Chase Stokes and Madelyn Cline of the Netflix series Outer Banks, who then showed off their own on-stage kiss for the audience.
While she caused chaos on-stage, Addison also sent temperatures soaring when she made her red-carpet debut on Sunday night.
The blonde beauty left very little to the imagination as she donned an incredibly risqué ensemble.
The TikTok star hit the red carpet in a striking black blazer suit, with just a tiny sheer bra to cover her modesty underneath.
Addison finished off the daring look by adding a chainmail belt around her waist which did wonders to accentuate her toned tummy.
Her red-carpet look has attracted endless attention on social media, with her new BFF Kourtney Kardashian gushing over the risqué look.

Addison and Kourtney became close at the beginning of the year when the TikTok star roped in Kourtney to do a viral dance video for her incredibly successful profile.
