Cleaning hair out of the shower or bath plughole has to be one of the grossest household tasks there is.
However, one cleaning fanatic has found a £2.50 product at retailer B&M bargains that could make the job a lot easier, and perhaps a little less unpleasant. TikTok user and cleaning guru @shannoncleans showed her followers brushes that she'd purchased and urged people to "look at what she'd just pulled out".
In the video, she uses the brush to pulled out a bunch of matted hair which is likely to be clogging the drains, thus preventing water draining from the bath or shower. She then used the brushes to "get rid of the grime as it gets right down there", removing any excess debris.

Referring to the product as "such a bargain" for what it did, she detailed continuing to clean with the 'Pink Stuff' bathroom cleaner and a scrubber to get rid of limescale and soap scum. She then "freshened it up" with bicarb and white vinegar, leaving it for ten minutes before washing away with hot water, the Mirror reports.
Shannon was praised by users on TikTok, who were impressed not only that the plug was unclogged, but that it also looked so much fresher. One said: "Wow, that worked so well," while another said; "Great clean".
