Tiger Woods will make his long-awaited return to action at the Genesis Invitational next week.
The 15-time major champion will make his first PGA Tour start since the 2022 Open Championship when he tees it up in Los Angeles next week.
In the six months since the 150th Open Championship at St Andrews, an event in which Woods missed the cut after a couple of poor rounds, the 47-year-old has played just one tournament, the PNC Championship back in December.

On that occasion, Woods finished in a tie for 8th place alongside his son Charlie, an event which allows players to use buggies.
Two weeks earlier, Woods was forced to withdraw from the Hero World Challenge event as a result of a foot injury.
Those injury woes are behind him and tonight, the legendary golfer announced that he would be making his first appearance at a non-major PGA Tour event since the 2020 Zozo Championship.
Since suffering career threatening issues in a car crash back in February 2021, Woods has made just a handful of appearances on the PGA Tour.
His last win came in 2019 at the Zozo Championship in Japan.
