Tiger Woods and Justin Thomas have been buddies for a while, so it wasn’t surprising to see the former play a prank on the latter during the first round of the 2023 Genesis Invitational.
But it was the nature of that prank that is childish and sexist.
Eagle-eyed golf fans noticed Woods hand something to Thomas as they walked together from the ninth tee at Riviera, when Thomas glanced at it and threw it away (video below).

Pure and simple: Tiger deserves the backlash that’s coming.
Is the joke here to “stop playing like a girl”? Or that periods and tampons indicate weakness?
It’s not funny. I’ve seen too many people laughing at this. Do better.
