The star of Tiger King, Joe Exotic, has had his prison sentenced reduced by one year after a re-trial.
He will now serve 21 years in prison as opposed to his original sentence of 22 years.
Exotic, who's real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, was convicted in a murder-for-hire case relating to his rival, Carole Baskin.
A federal appeal court ruled in 2021 that improper sentencing guidelines were used in Exotic's original case.
After a re-trial in Oklahoma, the new sentence was handed down on Friday.
According to TMZ, Joe is setting up a Go Fund Me page to cover the cost of legal fees amid his ongoing feud with the animal rights activist Baskin.
In legal documents allegedly obtained by the publication, a judge ordered him to pay $10,000 (€8,967) to Carole from a dispute over the infamous Oklahoma zoo he used to own.
And Joe claims he still owes $1 million (€896,713) to Carole's Big Cat Rescue from her trademark infringement lawsuit, which he says he needs help to repay.
Making a plea on what appears to be his Go Fund Me page, Joe wrote: "I will walk out of prison with my clothes on my back, a $1 million judgment and no home or clothes. My health is deteriorating and prison has not been kind. Simply put, I cannot get a fresh start until I pay @$&#!%! Carole Baskin back."
He claims the page is a "pay that bitch Carole Baskin back fund".
