In a recent Instagram Live video, comedian Tiffany Haddish assured her followers that she still possesses a valid driver's license, despite ending 2023 with a DUI arrest. The incident, which occurred hours after one of her late-night comedy shows last year, involved Haddish being found asleep behind the wheel by officers from the Beverly Hills Police Department.
Although a DUI typically results in a suspended license if the driver blows over the legal limit, Haddish clarified that her license remains valid because she did not exceed the limit. She jokingly stated, 'My license is not suspended. It's very valid, very, very valid.' She has since incorporated this incident into her comedy sets.
Haddish also disclosed that she has been struggling with endometriosis and sought treatment at the Hippocrates Wellness Center in Florida at the beginning of this year. As part of her treatment, she has been following a strict diet of raw vegetables and fruits. She mentioned that if her condition continues to improve, she may adhere to this diet, which has also resulted in a flatter tummy and a more chiseled jawline.
Furthermore, Haddish revealed that she has stopped consuming alcohol and marijuana as part of her wellness journey. While details on her upcoming book, 'I Curse You with Joy,' set to be released this spring, have been scarce, the comedian's commitment to her health and personal growth is evident.
Unfortunately, a representative for Haddish could not be reached for further comments on the matter. Nonetheless, Haddish's transparency regarding her DUI arrest, endometriosis journey, and commitment to her well-being showcases her resilience and determination to improve herself.
