Last weekend's brand-new Red Bull Hardline event lit the fire for the 2024 mountain bike racing season, as the best downhill MTB riders kicked off the year in style in Tasmania. The stoke for fans is now continued with the announcement that tickets for the first few rounds of the UCI Mountain Bike World Series 2024 are now on sale. Interestingly, Whoop, the wearable training tool brand, has now become the title sponsor for 2024.

The full calendar for the now Whoop 2024 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup Series was announced back in October and it features fifteen race weekends, including six new venues. The best cross-country mountain bike racers, downhill and enduro bike riders will travel the world and visit countries across Europe, and North and South America.

The season ahead is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever with unmissable mountain bike racing, but also the opportunity for fans to go deeper with bike launches, live music, movie nights, autograph sessions and more.

The five venues to announce ticket sales include the iconic Scottish venue in Fort William which is the first round of the downhill season and takes place the first weekend of May. This event is almost a pilgrimage for any MTB fan and we recently published our five top tips for spectating at Fort William. We advise snapping up tickets quickly as it always is a sell-out.

The other four venues currently on sale include another iconic venue in Austria – Leogang and the long-standing cross-country mountain bike riders favorite – Nové Město na Moravě in the Czech Republic. The first two cross-country events in Brazil, which see the season officially start features two back-to-back weekends in Mairiporã on the 12-14th April, and swiftly followed by Araxá, Minas Gerais on 19-21 April are also on sale.

The 2024 calendar also marks the second year of what is claimed to be a ground-breaking partnership between the UCI and Warner Bros. Discovery. The entire calendar of the 2024 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup dates can be seen below with full ticketing details available at UCImtbworldseries.com.
