Tickets for Toy Show The Musical go on sale

Tickets for Toy Show The Musical go on sale today, Thursday May 19 at 10am.

Described as a "mischievous, musical experience for the whole family", the live theatre experience will take place this upcoming winter at Dublin's Convention Centre.

The show focuses on one little girl's adventure as she and her family prepare for the biggest night of their lives, the Late Late Toy Show.

Promising to bring the beloved magic of the Toy Show to the stage for all the family to enjoy, the musical is said to be full of fun, laughter and love. Producers have said that it will be a truly amazing night for audiences heading to the show.

Toy Show The Musical takes place in The Auditorium at Dublin's Convention Centre from December 10 until 31 2022. Tickets start at €25 per person and will be available here from 10 on Thursday, May 19.

In terms of accessibility, there will be two signed performances and a sensory-friendly performance. For the sensory performance, house lights will be on in the auditorium, the noise will be reduced and the performance will be adapted to allow for any noise or participation from the audience.

Revealing that he will be leaving the show to trained actors, Ryan Tubridy said on last week's The Late Late Show: "Now I know what you’re thinking! Ryan…the Toy Man… you’re a fine dancer! And yes, it’s true, I can hold a tune too.

"But I’m not in it! I will be using my skills to great effect on the Late Late Toy Show, the regular one, on the TV in November, which will be bigger and better than ever before.

"So, how about we leave the theatre stage to the theatre actors! And wishing the very best of luck to all of the brilliant team involved there."
