Ticketmaster has shared some urgent advice for those waiting for the presale today.
It has already proved to be an intense morning for Taylor Swift fans as ticket sales are staggered throughout the day. Despite waiting in huge queues, many people reported problems of the website "crashing".
Many fans were left frustrated after they were "kicked out" of the queue just as they were about to pay. But as thousands were left disappointed after failing to secure tickets this morning, Ticketmaster has issued some urgent advice.

Fans who pre-ordered the singer's Midnight album were able to log on to Ticketmaster or AXS with their pre-sale code that had previously been emailed to them. But many experienced glitches or error messages throughout the process.
One frustrated fan said: "Help please! Not a bot just trying to buy Eras tour!! - not using a VPN, have tried clearing cookies/cache and on safari as well as chrome AND data as well as wifi!!"
Ticketmaster replied: "try clearing cache and cookies." Offering advice to others, the online platform also suggested using just one device at a time to avoid being kicked out.
The offical UK Ticketmaster page wrote: "If you're trying to access a presale please only use one device at a time. Close down all browsers/tabs, clear cookies & ensure you are following the correct presale link sent via email."
In earlier advice, Ticketmaster said: "Please clear your cache/cookies and ensure you aren't using any VPN software on your device/WiFi. If this doesn't help, please try using a different browser/device or using mobile data instead of WiFi."
