It's almost time for a lovely long Bank Holiday weekend where many will be enjoying an extra day off work and the King's Coronation celebrations.
While many will have street parties, days outs, walks, and nights out starting from tonight until Monday (May 8), the weekend will start with heavy thunderstorms and rain, the Met Office reports. Most areas of Leeds will see conditions soon lifting through the morning with heavy, thundery showers developing across the area.
Showers are expected to dissipate during the evening and winds will be mostly light. The good news is that temperatures will remain highs of 16C.

The morning will start out dry from 6am until 11am, with temperatures starting out around 9C before warming up to 14C.
From 12pm until 2pm, sunny spells are expected before rain will prevail, and thunderstorms around 4pm. The evening will see a mixture of light rain and dry conditions.
A spokesperson for the Met Office said: "A cloudy start with perhaps some light drizzle, cloud soon lifting through the morning with heavy, thundery showers developing across the area. Showers dissipating during the evening. Winds mostly light. Maximum temperature 16C."
Heading into Saturday, conditions are expected to ease, as low cloud is expected before sunshine will appear later in the day. However, heavy, thundery showers are expected on Sunday and wet conditions are expected to lead into Bank Holiday Monday.
