This is the moment when two thugs were caught on CCTV smashing windows and breaking into vehicles at a Scots industrial estate.
Police have launched a probe after the incident happened at Mitchelston Industrial Estate in Muirhead, Kirkcaldy, between 11pm and 12.30am on Friday night.
The vehicles targeted belonged to local contractors Eurotech Industries Technical Services and the owners posted the footage on Facebook in a bid to identify the louts.
In the first clip, which was shared by local page Fife Jammer Locations, a hooded figure wearing a backpack can be seen cycling up to a silver car and having a look through the window.
In the next video, he can be seen with his back to the camera peering through the window of the vehicle.
After a short spell, the thug smashes the window and appears to grab something from inside the vehicle before sprinting off from the scene.
In another clip a creepy hooded prowler can be seen looking through the window of a silver van belonging to the same company with a torch.
After searching the vehicle for around 30 seconds, the yob emerges from the side of the van and walks to another area of the carpark.
Pictures taken the following morning showed the damage caused to the vehicles, which is said to be detrimental to the company.
In a post on social media, the owner said: "Last night between 11-1230 our two work vans were broken into outside our property in Mitchelston Industrial Estate.
"Dash cams were taken and damage to the doors and windows.
"This is detrimental to our business to have these vans on the road as we are a small business, please share if anyone recognises these low life people."
Police say their enquiries into the incident remain ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 7.40am on Saturday, 16 April, to a report of a theft from vehicles at Mitchelston Industrial Estate, Muirhead, Kirkcaldy, that happened overnight. Enquiries are ongoing.”
