Entry per team of four people costs €400 and the winning team will go home with the Winner's Cup.
All proceeds from the event will go towards the charity's work to help people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in Ireland.
Depaul is a charity committed to the prevention and eradication of homelessness in Ireland as homeless figures amongst 18-24-year olds increase.
The charity reports that in April, 1,246 18-24-year old's were accessing homeless services which is the highest number of young people in homelessness on record.
They also report that there is an unknown number of people experiencing "hidden homelessness" in Ireland.
Director of Services & Development at Depaul Dermot Murphy said: "18 to 25 year old's in homelessness are in crisis and being denied a decent start in life and of all age groups, they are most vulnerable and least likely aware of their rights. Depaul services like Peter’s Place are essential in giving young people a decent chance at creating a future.
"The funds we raise through Depaul’s Raft Race will help us support homeless people across all age groups and demographics and help us to increase capacity, services and sustainability in these extremely challenging times."
Those interested in registering for the race can do so here.
