Premier League pundits are unanimous in predicting that Nottingham Forest will extend their losing streak to five matches against Leicester City in Monday night's East Midlands derby.
The Reds finished September with a pair of 3-2 home defeats at the City Ground against first Bournemouth and then Fulham which only compounded late last month's losses against Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City. Steve Cooper's side have slipped to second-bottom of the Premier League table after picking up just four points from their opening seven matches.
Leicester are the only side still below Forest in the division and have themselves only collected a single point against Brentford on the opening day of the season so far. That, though, hasn't put of top-flight pundits from predicting against the Reds.

Paul Merson has been the most bullish, tipping a 3-0 home win to take place at the King Power Stadium. "Leicester have scored goals consistently in the Premier League," the former Arsenal player told Sportskeeda. "Even if both teams go gung-ho, I don't see how Nottingham Forest are going to outscore Brendan Rodgers' side. I don't see anything but a Leicester win here."
Chris Sutton is more unsure about what the outcome will be, predicting a tighter 2-1 win for Leicester. "These are the bottom two teams and really anything could happen here. It's hard to back either side to win it, because we know about their flaws," he told the BBC before adding: "I do think Forest will score here - Leicester just can't keep a clean sheet - but I think the Foxes will edge it, and get a much-needed win."
Mark Lawrenson's opinion on the match is along similar lines to Sutton's, also electing for a 2-1 scoreline "Forest have been competitive, but they’ve probably got too many players! It sounds daft, but they’ve got so many players that they don't know at the moment what their best team is," he told Paddy Power before adding: "I’ll go for Leicester to get their first win of the season."
