Tottenham face the real prospect of losing star striker Harry Kane this summer. With his contract expiring in 2024, Spurs could find themselves forced into a corner to sell the 29-year-old if he chooses not to sign an extension which would allow him to depart on a free transfer at the end of the 2023/24 season.
Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Chelsea are three of the main clubs who could come in for Kane. Chariman Daniel Levy will likely be reluctant to sell to a fellow English club, while Kane himself appears settled in London which could rule out an imminent move abroad.
However, his desire to win a major trophy could prove to strong for Spurs to keep hold of their star asset. Kane has appeared on United's centre forward list alongside several other names thriving in Europe's top five leagues.

The priority in January for manager Erik ten Hag was to bring in a striker to replace Cristiano Ronaldo. Wout Weghorst ended up as the acquisition and while it was not exactly a glamorous signing, he has helped fill a temporary gap at Old Trafford. With the summer trading period fast approaching, that gap will likely be filled by a major star, but there are plenty of other options elsewhere than Kane.
Victor Osimhen
The obvious pick would be Napoli star Victor Osimhen. The Nigerian forward has taken the footballing world by storm this season with his ridiculous goal scoring record perhaps going slightly under the radar given the inhuman abilities of Erling Haaland.
From 31 appearances across three competitions, Osimhen has scored 26 goals. Despite his frightening skillset in front of goal, fellow Napoli attacker Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is on penalties which means none of his strikes have come from the spot.
The performances of that duo look to have spurred Napoli on to winning the Serie A league title as they sit 14 points clear of nearest challengers Lazio. Given his goals in this campaign, United aren't the only club to have taken notice with Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain also circling.
Jonathan David
Lille striker Jonathan David has previously declared his desire to play in the Premier League and he would certainly be a great buy for Man United. 20 goals in Ligue 1 this season for the Canadian forward places him level with Paris Saint-Germain ace Kylian Mbappe in the scoring charts.
Arsenal have previously been linked with the 23-year-old but a move never materialised and now United could take advantage. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the French club are said to be looking for a fee in the region of €65m (£57.3m) this summer to allow their talisman to leave.
Folarin Balogun
An Arsenal striker joining Manchester United again is certainly a possibility. With no obvious pathway into the Gunners first-team, United could make a shock move for Folarin Balogun. The Hale end grad has enjoyed a breakout season in France on loan at Reims, scoring 19 goals from 32 appearances.
Upon returning to north London in the summer, talks surrounding his future and a possible new contract are on the table. However, with Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah likely to be ahead of him in the pecking order, sealing an exit could benefit both parties and if Balogun wishes to remain in England permanently, United could be a welcome place for the 21-year-old.
