Three missing children - who were thought to be in London - found safe and well

Three missing children from Stockport - who were thought to be in London - have been found safe and well.

Anthony, 11, and siblings Joseph and Alicia, aged 11 and 14, were all reported missing after they were last seen on Sunday (May 15). Police believed that all three youngsters were in London.

The force first announced that school boy Anthony was reported last seen on Harman Street in Edgeley at around 12pm on Sunday. They said he did not have a mobile phone with him or access to any money in an initial appeal.

Police said that Joseph and his sister Alicia were reportedly last seen on Middlesex Road in Brinnington at around 10am the same day. An appeal was issued for help to find them.

In an update issued this morning (Tuesday), a spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police confirmed that all three youngsters have now been found safe and well. No further details have been released on where or how they were located.
